Each plate includes delicious Mexican food with rice, beans, chips and a drink. Serving begin at 5:00 and lasts until 7:00. If you missed the October concert, I Hear American Singing - featuring music and literature celebrating the American Spirit, you will be able to catch a few of the highlights while you eat. If you can not stay, opt for take-out and enjoy dinner at home while supporting music education for youth in Abilene and the Big Country.
