Katherine was born and raised in Houston, Tx. She graduated from Texas Christian University in May 2008 and got to the Big Country as quickly as she could.  She has spent her life coming to visit her family at their ranch in Albany and has always felt at home here.

She has wanted to be a reporter since she was 13 and studied Broadcast Journalism and Political Science at TCU.  She interned at WFAA in Dallas during the summer of 2007. While at TCU, she anchored and reported for the campus news station, TCU News Now.

One of her greatest joys is her large, loving family of wonderful parents and 8 siblings. Katherine loves spending time at the lake, taking road trips, and visiting with family and friends.
