Megan Dobbs anchors Abilene Today and Abilene Midday on KRBC, as well as reporting on local medical news and issues relating to the family.

Megan was born and raised in Forney, Texas, east of Dallas. She earned a degree in Radio-Television at Texas A&M University-Commerce and spent an internship working for the Dallas Mavericks broadcasting department.  It’s no secret that she’s a huge Dallas Mavericks fan.

Before graduating, Megan also hosted a sports radio show on KETR.  She moved to Abilene in 2008 where she was a reporter for KTAB for more than a year.

In her free time, Megan enjoys art, sports and spending time with her husband.
