Guess The Name Official Rules
March 2, 2009 Abilene, Texas

1) GENERAL DESCRIPTION: BigCountryHomepage.com is giving away a prize package to the person who correctly guesses the name of KTAB TV Anchor Angela Taylor's new baby.The promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only.

2) CONTEST ENTRY: To enter: Enter by going to www.BigCountryHomepage.Com and click on the contest tab in the Entertainment section. Click on the "Guess The Name" link and follow the information to fill out the online form to enter. Only online entries will be accepted. Entry deadline is 5:00 p.m. CDT , March 20th, 2009. No purchase necessary to enter or win. The odds of winning will depend on the number of qualified internet entries received. There is a limit of one entry per e-mail address, per person and/or per family or household. A valid telephone number must be provided at time of contest entry.

3) ELIGIBILITY: All Entrants must be continental U.S. residents eighteen (18) years of age and older. Employees of Dr. Christie Leedy, Brick Oven Pizza-Abilene, Dr. J's Express Care, BigCountryHomepage.com, KTAB TV Nexstar Broadcasting Co., KRBC TV Mission Broadcasting Co., its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and members of their immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, and husband or wife) together with those with whom such employees are domiciled are not eligible to enter. All federal and state laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. This contest is limited to residents of the Abilene-Sweetwater DMA as designated by The Nielsen Company.

4) TIMING: The contest begins on March 2nd, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. CST and ends March 20th, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. CDT. Contest administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for the contest.

5) RANDOM DRAWING: All entries will be gathered together and winner(s) will be chosen at random from all the correct entries submitted up to the entry deadline. The winner’s name will be announced during the KTAB TV News At Five program from 5:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24th, 2009. The winner’s name will be posted on the Guess The Name Contest page on www.bigcountryhomepage.com by 9 a.m. CDT on Wednesday, March 25th, 2009. Winner will be notified by telephone or email on Wednesday, March 25th, 2009.

6) PRIZES: One winner will be selected by a random drawing at the time the promotion expires. The administration of the contest and drawing will be overseen by the Contest Administrator, whose decision is final and binding in all respects related to the administration of the contest and selection of potential winners. All prizes will be awarded. Winners must claim their prizess in person by the close of business on Friday, March 27, 2009 at the KTAB-KRBC TV Studios, 4510 South 14th Street, Abilene, Texas during regular business hours 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Prize (s) will not be mailed. Prize(s) will be forfeited if not picked up within time frame above.

Prize: One winner will receive the following prize package: Teeth whitening by Dr. Christie Leedy, DDS (Value $200); Dinner for Two at Brick Oven Pizza-Abilene, (Value $30) 2 massages by Justin at Dr. J's Express Care (Value $100 each)

7) GENERAL: By participating in this promotion, entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions, which are final in all matters relating to the contest. Winners must sign any required W9, Winner's Affidavit and Release or prize will be forfeited. Winners of the prize may be required to supply a drivers' license, social security card, or other information to receive the prize. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner's name and/or likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners have the right to refuse any portion of a prize package if desired, but may not substitute prizes. If there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the contest, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the contest, BigCountryHomePage.com, KTAB TV Nexstar Broadcasting, KRBC TV Mission Broadcasting Management reserve the right to make a final decision with regards to any and all aspects of the contest and awarding of prizes.

8) NOTIFICATION OF AND REQUIREMENTS FOR WINNER'S VERIFICATION:
Contest Winners will be notified via the email address and/or telephone number(s) (at Contest Administrator’s discretion) provided by Entrant at time of entry (the “Initial Notification”) on Wednesday, March 25, 2009. At this time, Winners will be requested to provide any additional information or documentation described in these Official Rules and will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release.

9) DISQUALIFICATION: Disqualification and the selection of alternate Winner(s) may result from any of the following (without limitation): (A) potential Winner’s failure to respond, in the manner described in the initial notification, before 5:30 p.m. CDT on March 27, 2009 using the contact information provided by Entrant when registering. (B) the return of any notification as undeliverable; (C) potential Winner’s failure to provide Contest Administrator with satisfactory proof that he/she is the person identified as winner; (D) potential Winner’s failure to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release check as required by Contest Administrator and (G) any other non-compliance with these Official Rules.

10) CONFIDENTIALITY: Participation in the Contest is subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy provided on the Contest Website. However, the rights granted under these Official Rules and otherwise in connection with the Contest shall not be limited by any provision of the Privacy Policy or Terms of Use.

11) RELEASE: By entering or participating in the Contest, all Entrants acknowledge, understand and hereby unconditionally and irrevocably covenant not to sue or claim against any of the Promotional Entities, or any of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, attorneys, agents or representatives (individually and collectively, “Released Parties”) for any injury, trespass, damage, loss or harm howsoever caused, resulting or arising out of or in connection with Contest entry, Contest participation, prize winning or any activities resulting from or associated with the Contest or prize or Released Parties’ use of any rights granted herein or in connection with the Contest. Entrant further unconditionally and irrevocably release and forever discharge each of the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liens, agreements, contracts, actions, suits, costs, attorneys’ fees and costs, damages, judgments, orders and liabilities of whatever kind or nature in law, equity or otherwise, (collectively, the “Released Claims”) resulting or arising out of or in connection with Contest entry, Contest participation, prize winning or any activities resulting from or associated with the Contest or prize, or the Released Parties’ use of any rights granted herein or in connection with the Contest. The Released Claims shall include but not be limited to those based on negligence or gross negligence, infliction of emotional distress, products liability, breach of contract, breach of any statutory or other duty of care owed, wrongful death, personal injury, defamation, invasion of privacy, violation of any right of publicity or personality, and loss of earnings or potential earnings.

12) INDEMNITY: By entering or participating in the Contest, Entrants irrevocably and unconditionally agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all liability, claims, loss, damage, penalty, injury or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, of any kind or nature whatsoever, by whomever asserted arising out of or in connection with any third party claim or action arising out of or in connection with: (A) Entrant's participation in the Contest or activities associated with the Contest, whether occurring before, during or after actual participation in the Contest; (B) a breach or allegation which if true would constitute a breach, of any of Entrant's representations, warranties or obligations herein; (C) use or failure to use any of the rights Entrants, have granted in connection with the Contest; (D) any statement, action or omission of an Entrant during or in connection with the Contest or resulting directly or indirectly from the Contest (whether before, during or after actual participation in the Contest); and/or (E) acceptance, possession, or use of any grant or prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage arising therefrom.

13) WINNER’S LIST: Copies of Winners’ names may be obtained by sending a written request along with a self addressed, stamped envelope to: Guess The Name Contest Winner, 4510 South 14th, Abilene, Texas, 79605.

14) CONDITIONS: Contest Administrator reserves the right to make a final decision with regards to any and all aspects of the Contest and awarding of prizes. The Contest Administrator’s decisions are final and binding as to all aspects of the Contest.
