Named for a man who served on the State Department of Transportation board, Judge Ely Boulevard could be considered to be one of Abilene's most well known areas.  

With the amount of traffic that moves through, would it hurt for drivers to slow down? We found drivers reaching speeds of 50 mph, and it was not just one.
