Reported by: Sgt. John Cummins Wednesday, Nov 4, 2009 @09:03am CST 11/03 7:01 PM – Calling Party stated a known subject had struck her residential mailbox at a home north of Tye. Officers made contact with the other party, who stated that she struck the mailbox with her vehicle, while trying to find her checkbook. She stated that her husband had thrown the checkbook out the window. She agreed to contact the Calling Party at a later time to pay for the damages or have the mailbox replaced. No criminal offense. 11/03 10:51 PM – Report of Criminal Mischief in Tuscola. Caller said she heard two vehicles stop in front of her house, and later noticed that a tan and olive color Halloween skeleton with red glowing eyes, as well as a white skeleton with red glowing eyes were missing from where they had been hanging in one of her trees. She does wish to file charges. Other activity from 8:00 AM 11/03 to 8:00 AM 11/04
