More than two dozen Cooper High School students are going to experience Friday night football for the first time ever tonight. The students all came to Abilene recently as refugees, and are part of Cooper's English as a Second Language program. A bus will be picking them up at home tonight and taking them to Shotwell Stadium for the big game against Plainview for the District 4-4A title.
