Abilene Regional Airport Parking Project
New Parking Lot Construction
In January, 2008 we began our $5.7 million dollar parking and road improvement project. It will take an
estimated nine months to complete.
This part of the total airport
renovation project includes construction of the remote and covered
parking lots, as well as improvements to the drainage system around the
terminal building and some road work.
Once completed, our new parking
area will have covered spaces for 731 vehicles with 101 of those
reserved for rental cars.
Below are drawings of what the new expanded parking lot will look like.
