The Constitution Party (http://www.constitutionparty.com/)
I'm voting ideals this time. I'm actually going to vote "for" a candidate and not "against" one.

And what are those ideals? I'm NOT being mean, I'm really asking a question.

I read this link, it was very interesting and kind of made me think a little. I liked Romney. When I read what was said about him, there was several things that I did not agree with and that was Romney opposing the ban on gay scout masters. Knowing several LDS, they are very scout oriented and their church is one of the biggest supporters of the scouts, so I think Romney would very strongly oppose gay scout masters. I also believe he took a stand about the free trade, that is why he told the people in MI that he was going to fix their work problems. Bring the auto industry back to them. He knows as well as you and me that Bill Clinton was ignorant when he developed NAFTA. That has been the downfall of the US. Ever since NAFTA took place, America has gone down. Romney was out to change that. I liked that. The homo marriage was already in place when he took office, so promoting it, well, that is debatable. Marriage between one man and one woman, I know he was in favor of that. He stated that numerous times, and their church takes a stand on that as well, and that was only a subject brought up because Huck is an idiot.
NOW, after reading all of that, I think Paul would have a pretty good shot of the white house. Very interesting. I do like Paul's values and being he is an OB/Gyn, he has great respect for women and a knowledge of unborn babies.
I just could not ever figure out why Paul was so shunned during the debates. If they should have shunned anyone, it should have been Huck. He is just very untrustworthy. I do not even think he was genuine.
I am going to look further in this. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Yes, I can read and know that I do a lot more than you do. I missed the link a$$hole. Oh, ban me - Abilene can't handle not being nice! Your comments, your links, lead me to believe you are as uneducated as you come off. Go to some REAL blogs and READ idgit. Try HotAir, gatewaypundit, ace of spades. Get out of your little bitty tiny mindset. Outta here. That's why the blog only posts about 5 people on any regular basis. You are a total idiot!!!!!!!!!!!

On a lighter note........
Sparky, When I was reading in the link you gave, it said to ask why someone was voting for a certain candidate. So, what are your thoughts and opinions. Why do you think Paul was so shunned during the debates. I thought he was very passionate in his views and that was very appealing to me. I would have thought Republicans would have grasped that passion like the dems grasped obama's passion. Which I almost got taken by obama's passion until I read that he was for welfare paying for abortions and for late term abortions and for killing babies that survived an abortion. I lost every ounce of respect after that.
You have not been on here in a while, I hope you are not ill or something like that.

I just got back from being out of state for a week:D
I logged in a couple of times from the hotels I was in, but didn't post much.
I think the reason Ron Paul scares people is that he sticks to what the Constitution says and most people haven't a clue as to what that document has in it.
Many freedoms are God given, not given by the government.
But we have seen so many times that a freedom or right under the government becomes a privilege and then they tax you for the privilege
examples:
Driving a car
owning a car
owning a gun
owning land
If people consider Ron Paul a radical then if they ever read the Federalist Papers or the Constitution they would be scared to death.
Since Ron Paul is not on the ticket, I will vote for the Constitution Party
I am not throwing my vote away, after all it is MY vote.
I am finally so disgusted with our two choices for president this year.
Both of them are Democrats, one of them calls himself a Republican, but is a Democrat by his actions and fruits.
We as voters will never get any better choices if we keep on electing these people they put up for us.
Obama's whole theme is "Change"
so what does he do? He picks a guy for VP who has been in Washington for I think 30 years and has been the Dems biggest attack dog when a Republican president appointed a Supreme Court Judge.
It is the sitting President's power to appoint judges and Biden has fought, delayed and denied many a good men from being seated
What kind of change is that? That is status quo politics as usual
Obama is an empty suit
McCain is a closet Democrat and social liberal who co-authored with a democrat a law that limits free speed!!!
thats all for now...;)
