Would you work out on your lunch break if your company paid for it? What if they brought someone in?

Do you work for someone that will pay a gym membership?

to answer your three questions

more than likely not..

no...

and

no

I'm too busy working to work out:D

I think that people who work in offices might be better set up to take advantage of those ideas

I take it you are a personal trainer wanting to see if there is a demand for your services.......Well.........I think it is good idea to have that option. I do not work out because I have a family to tend to after working hours and I have to buy milk, but if my work place offered to supply the services, in house, I would take advantage of it. 30 min to work out, and 30 min to freshen up and grab a bite to eat.

I'm not much for the mid-day work out, esp when you work in wholesale or retail and you have customers coming in all through lunch, it's hard to just shut down.

I prefer the brisk walk with the dog in the evenings.

Hi Sparky! I'm a newbie....:)

I think walking the dog is a great way to get exercise...that's what my hubby and I do when it's not raining! So lately...no walks for us. Just a quick run in the morning! If only I could get paid to walk...hmmmm...maybe I should ask;)

Personally, I think you'd be an idiot not to take advantage of something like that. Just my opinion. Take a look around Abilene, there are a ton of people who could definately benefit from a program such as this....if you know what I mean. :D

Sorry, i do not know who Angela Taylor. I guess I do not watch enough TV. I read a lot of the news, and really do not pay attention to the names. I will pay closer attention from now on. Heck, maybe I will even turn on the TV once in a while....lol

Now I am curious as to who she is. But I still like her idea.

Well, well, well.......I set my alarm to watch the 5 oclock news, and guess who was on the news??!! Angela Taylor.....Now I know who she is......I think she was laughing at me tho. I just get busy and forget to turn on the tv, so I made sure by setting my alarm to do so.

Sorry ATaylor, about my earlier remark about being a personal trainer, I hope you got a little laughter over it, I sure did. I still like the idea of the workplace offering workout options, but I really like the idea of a nap also.
