...by what when the new season of Wheel of Fortune begins, it starts being bumped off for local stuff. Tonight, a preview of the Brownwood Festival. It's strange this never happens during summer reruns of Wheel.:mad:

Not a good way to keep viewers. I switched it over to QVC for my wife and am here now on computer instead of watching Wheel on KTAB. Think about it, advertisers!

That's a pretty unfair hit on me, to be honest. We've had people here crusading to close hospitals, griping about air base traffic lights you name it, and you come at me for that?! Get real, wake up and smell the coffee, man!

Things have been pretty dead around here lately, just about any thing is a good thing as long as the post changes from time to time.
As for the coffee. I can't do that, I've had my four cup max today and my dear wife won't touch the stuff with me(she is way better off for it) so I'll have to raincheck the coffee till the morning, Trunkerman

As for your comment about the TV, I agree, we would all be better off to throw em out the window , heck we might even read more books and get to know our neighbors better!

No problem, Sparky. I've been getting hit hard by some porn loving jerks on the Myopen forum based in Midland-Odessa, reason I'm so wired up now.

I'm going to spill some guts on 'em now. I joined that thing over a year ago when it was still a decent place to be. Yesterday, someone posted something way off color and I dared to say something. The admins on that thing are for it and even joined in with filthy sexual inuendos. It's not a fit place to be now. That's why I'm so thankful we have this one. It stays clean, is ran right and no porn or bad stuff allowed.

It really has been quiet lately on here. I keep thinking things will pick up and more join in.

Ten four on the java. I can't handle it either. Wires my nerves 220.

And ten four too on the tube. At night, even with cable, it's junk. We mostly watch DVD's of Everybody Loves Raymond, I Love Lucy or Gomer Pyle. It gets better when the Cowboys or other football games are on. The rest of the year, the newscasts are about all that's good and most of those are constant reruns of old stories.
