the only opinion I would trust is a military man or woman who had just returned from there.
you can't trust any news report or anything from the pentagon or either major candidate running for president

I would have to agree with sparky....I read the article, and it just sounds a little twisted in that the terrorist left before the surge, American soldiers, arrived. If one chooses to call it ethnic cleansing, then I guess that could be what it is, forcing the terrorist to leave. I don't think that would be so bad.
Would we call it ethnic cleansing if we had the police sweep thru the heavy drug trafficking neighborhoods and most of the drug dealer/users left? In a way I guess that could be what it could be called by the liberals.lol I am not referring to race, I am referring to drug dealer/user in our neighborhood, and the terrorist in the neighborhoods of Iraq.
I do not know about any of you, but the friends that I have that are in Iraq or have been in Iraq feel it is a success. If anyone has heard different, please let me know.

I hope the Iraq's continue to make progress, things changed for the better once the citizens finally got feed up and started to fight terrorism on their own (kind-off like our revolution)
