Does anyone know if Abilene has a curfew set in place?

if there is one, and I don't think there is.. it is not enforced

There has been talk about a curfew in Abilene off and on, especially when there was a problem with people braking store windows. There is no curfew in place in Abilene, but there is in small towns around here ie. Anson, Sweetwater, etc....
