Don't Upset The Check Out Clerk

If you go to WalMart on SW Drive, try not to upset the checkout clerks. My wife happened to pick up an item, a utensil tray for our kitchen, and wasn't aware until we checked out, there was no price on it.

We got one of those clerks with 0% personality and Zero Tolerance for customers, and she was not very happy with us. She ran off from her post clear across the store, other cusomers coming up behind us wondering where she was.

She finally strolled back up there with a tray with a price on it and with a beauty of a scowl on her enchilada-fattened, obese face.

She took my check, then slammed the little piece of paper down that you sign. She snapped it up, then our heads off, with :mad:THANKS!:mad:
And off we went with our 3rd degree burns on our bodies from her looks.

So, if you go to this wonderful, wonderful store, do not ever make one of these sweet, precious clerks angry by being so utterly stupid as to pick up an item that one of their employees was too grave yard LAZY to mark with the price. You will pay for it at the checkout counter.

This isn't the first time we have had sugar dripping off a clerk at us. It won't be the last as long as the Abilene Attitude is firmly intact at Wally World.

Remember: The customer is always WRONG, and the clerks always RIGHT at your friendly neighborhood Wal Mart! Friendlier clerks at Wal-Mart ALWAYS!

Sure was, Shurtugal. I think the economy has everyone's stinger out. They're loonies on that Midland forum I'm on. I knew they hated Abilene out there, but I didn't know just how much. Not a pretty scene. Any one of 'em would be banned in a NY minute here for the flaming.

Was that directed at me? If so-didn't follow anyone here-have looked at this website many times since a family member told me about-it is just too slow for me to go here a lot. I do read the Midland forum a lot and have never sen anything out of line against westxn (800). Her fails to say after all the complaining about he porno image he was so upset about he came back and posted one of his own. He is one that seeks the atention.

When you apologized "over there" for it, i let it go. But when you began to play "woe is innocent me" over here, it would seem that your apology is less than genuine. That, and the fact you left that comment in there.
