Hey Sheeple....
If O'Bomber don't have anything to hide... why not produce those records?

He already has but you guys wouldn't see it even if it was a snake and bit you. :eek:All of the fact checking places have debunked it. That's why nobody but Fox will touch it in the media. As far as your movie link- Philip Berg - Do you hold his other views or pick and choose to suit.
Regardless of which, you should know he currently has suits pending against Bush and his cronies for the murder of 3000 people from 99 countries.
Wants Bush and Cheney in jail for murder and treason for planning or at least letting it happen with their full knowledge.
Also publicly asked several Supreme Court Justices to disbar themselves for decisions they had made from the bench.
He is no Hillary supporter as he claims or implies and is not a Democrat.

Just another hater spreading the hate.
Just wants to divisive.
Still slinging mud instead of talking issues and losing votes.

Funny how McCain was not born in the U.S. and "natural born citizen" is up for debate. The same people who approved McCain have approved Obama after seeing the original documents, that you question.

Now that as a silly statement about McCain......BOTH of his parents were and are Americans and his father was in the service in Panama when he was McCain was born.......what you are implying is that every baby born to parents in the service in another country is not American.....really now, you are smarter than that.

Also, if this Berg fellow has all kinds of suits against a lot of people of all the parties, then he is must be unbiased.

I am starting to think that it is you who cant read between the lines. Obama has too many mysteries about him, to many inconsistencies, and too many questions that have gone unanswered. I thought the Clintons were mysterious and trying to hide their past.....but Obama is even more.

McCain produced all documents when asked proving his citizenship born in Panama on a Military post makes in a natural born and thus at least qualified

again... why is O'Bomber even fighting this? why not just produce the documents they are asking for and shut everyone up?

what is our Kenyen friend.. hiding...

what is our Kenyen friend.. hiding...

more like our 'Muslim Faith' friend.......Obama's own words....and yes i hold him to those words.....then he stumbled while trying to redeem himself. Just like not mentioning Israel as being a very important ally to the US and when it was brought to his attention that he did not mention Israel, he stumbled for words on what to say about them. Issues......those are 2 of many big giant issues....

“There are powerful arguments that Senator McCain or anyone else in this position is constitutionally qualified, but there is certainly no precedent,” said Sarah H. Duggin, an associate professor of law at Catholic University who has studied the issue extensively. “It is not a slam-dunk situation.”

Almost since those words were written in 1787 with scant explanation, their precise meaning has been the stuff of confusion, law school review articles, whisper campaigns and civics class debates over whether only those delivered on American soil can be truly natural born. To date, no American to take the presidential oath has had an official birthplace outside the 50 states.

The conflict that could conceivably ensnare Mr. McCain goes more to the interpretation of “natural born” when weighed against intent and decades of immigration law.

I'd love it if McLame and O'Bomber were declared unqualified by the Constitution

They are both unqualified in my book anyhow

Supreme Court Justice David Souter's Clerk informed Philip J. Berg, the lawyer who brought the case against Obama, that his petition for an injunction to stay the November 4th election was denied, but the Clerk also required the defendants to respond to the Writ of Certiorari (which requires the concurrence of four Justices) by December 1. At that time, Mr. Obama must present to the Court an authentic birth certificate, after which Mr. Berg will respond.

If Obama fails to do that, it is sure to inspire the skepticism of the Justices, who are unaccustomed to being defied. They will have to decide what to do about a president-elect who refuses to prove his natural-born citizenship.

"I can see a unanimous Court (en banc) decertifying the election if Obama refuses to produce his birth certificate," says Raymond S. Kraft, an attorney and writer. "They cannot do otherwise without abandoning all credibility as guardians of the Constitution. Even the most liberal justices, however loathe they may to do this, still consider themselves guardians of the Constitution. The Court is very jealous of its power - even over presidents, even over presidents-elect."

Also remember that on December 13, the Electoral College meets to casts its votes. If it has been determined that Mr. Obama is an illegal alien and therefore ineligible to become President of the United States, the Electors will be duty-bound to honor the Constitution.
