2 brothers SE of Dallas

This is a very sad story, I just read it today. It really hits home because I to have 2 boys that are 15 and 15 years old and go to school together.



(October 13, 2008)—Two teenage brothers who were evidently headed to school died Monday morning in a fiery one-vehicle crash in East Texas.

The Department of Public Safety says the teenagers died in the accident about one mile south of Brownsboro.

The names of the 15- and 16-year-old victims weren’t immediately released.

DPS Trooper Joshua Jenkins says the boys’ truck went out of control while northbound on FM 314 and crashed onto an embankment.

Brownsboro is a town of about 900, about 80 miles southeast of Dallas.

i have a 16 year old. he is not the issue...it is other kids that scare me. He is overly cautious.

Now, when my 10 year old starts driving, that is a whole nuther story. :) But i would not allow my child to drive if i didn't FEEL safe about it.

This is a tragedy. Accidents happen, and my heart goes out to these two young mens family's. My God bless them all.

That is very tragic. I cannot even image what the mother and family are going through. God be with them in their time of sorrow.

I can only imagine. My DIL lost her 17 year old brother on July 20 in a construction accident. Her mother is still a mental mess. We are all still reeling from it. Especially when G-Baby sees his pictures and remembers and asks where her uncle david is.

Losing a young one is very sad. My heart and thoughts go out to this family after their double loss.
