uh oh.....
Big Spring police are searching for Ed Welch, 53, who was reported missing and may be suicidal. He may also be carrying a handgun.
Welch's vehicle was abandoned in Big Spring Saturday. Search teams and tracking dogs looked for him for two days. Police believe he may have tried to hitch a ride or jumped a train.
According to Welch's step-mother, who lives in Tuscola, says he has had psychological problems since returning from military service in the Middle East. He has since been working at the VA hospital in Big Spring.
Police warn against approaching Welch, as he may be dangerous.

if he was suicidal, he would be dead by now. He has been missing for a week.

If he jumped a train, he is probably dead along the tracks.

Could this be the man missing in Big Spring, or has he been found?????
An investigation was underway Monday in Kendall County after a fisherman found a headless body in brush near the Guadalupe River.
The body was found close to Farm to Market Road 474 between Boerne and Kendalia.
Chief Deputy Matt King says it appeared the man was slain elsewhere and that his body was dumped near the river.
The man's hands also were cut off and he had wounds to his chest and back.

That, is brutal. That sounds like rage. I would be questioning friends family if it turns out to be this man, he made someone really angry..

Drug cartel. That is who did this. If the missing man owed them some money, then it could very well be him.
