Every time I try to change my avatar I get the message "Invalid File", even when the avatar meets the criteria. What gives?

Why can't we get a response from the Moderator/Administrator regarding this issue and a way to resolve it. Is it that they just don't give a da** on this forum or what???????

I got an email from BFFT the other day and told him I would check on it. The folks that run tech aren't the speediest in the world. Any further comments about, please send me an email!
