Just to let the regular users know at this time there are approx. 320 permanent bans in effect on here. 99.9% of these are either spammers or bots that I have caught trying to get on here. The others you'll just have to figure it out...

Since 29Oct08 I have approved 4 people to use the forums and have caught over 30 spammers trying to sneak in and disrupt our little place on the web.

Also, I have requested what can be done about the avatars and am awaiting an answer to the situation.

I want to thank ya'll for "playing nice" on here. Now that some of the "trolls" have been found out and are no longer with us, this is turning into a really nice place.

If any of you have any question or comments, please post them here or send me an email and I'll get to them ASAP.

I like it here, too. I am glad to have my friends from Midland join us in conversation, and adding the wonderful folks from Abilene just makes it that much better.

And the moderator here ain't so bad. ;)

On 11/3/08 I started this thread. At that time there were approx 320 spammers and rule breakers banned. There are now almost 700.

Just letting ya'll know that I am trying to keep this site clean of spammers and make it a friendly place to be. On another note, 800trunkerman will be joining us again in 155 days and 15 hours so be ready..............

Hope each and everyone of ya'll had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

More updates to come on a monthly basis or sooner if needed.

At the time of this writing, there 910 bannings. Most of these are spammers. In fact 900 of them are.

I will be away starting tomorrow but I will have my trusty iPhone with me so I can keep this place clean of junk.

I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Thank you to all of you for your contributions over the last year and I hope ya'll will continue to support BCHP Forums!
