I have a hearing impairment and sure do miss having closed captioning of the news. Tom or someone, when do you guys think it may be going again?

Thanks for the note. I checked with our engineers today and they checked and closed captioning was working during the syndicated programs were were running. They say they haven't heard of any other complaints.
Is there a specific program where you weren't seeing closed captioning? CBS or NBC Network, syndicated (Oprah-Rachel Ray-Wheel of Fortune), local news? It would help them to track down any issue.
