A disturbing trend: kids nationwide are learning how to smoke "Smarties" the candy.
These are all videos that kids have posted on Youtube.com.
It's a fad that parents, teachers and even doctors worry could make smoking seem cool to kids.
Some health officials say it could make breathing problems worse or lead to infections.
Officials with Smarties say they are opposed to the practice.
And eating too much red meat might hurt your overall health.
Researchers studied over 500,000 adults, then followed them for ten years.
They found those who ate the most red meat had a higher risk for death from heart disease and cancer than those who ate the east amount.
However, adults who ate mostly white meat had a slightly reduced risk for death.
