The business is willing to prosecute if the subjects can be identified. Then at 6:40 last night, Officers Hearn and Holmes obtained information about two subjects and their vehicle that had been involved in a theft of beer at a convenience store on ES 11th Street. The subjects were located in Nelson park with the beer in the vehicle. An 18 year old white male admitted to taking the beer and a 36 year old white male admitted to driving the get-a-way car.
