Updated: May 8, 2009
One of the most recognizable and fascinating group of animals is the Budweiser Clydesdales.  They are in Abilene this weekend in conjunction with the 25th Anniversary of the Western Heritage Classic.  This popular event will run through Saturday night at the Taylor County Expo Center.

Earlier this week, the Clydesdales were honored by being named Parade Marshalls for the Western Heritage Parade on Thursday. There are five traveling Clydesdale teams that travel more than 100,000 miles and appear in over 500 events annually.
