Sims Discusses Keys to Beating Katy

If you ask Sims why hes had so much success, hell point to someone other than himself.
"You have to give credit to the big boys up front," noted Sims. "Without them, I wouldnt be able to do the things I do. They dont get much credit. Its always Herschel this and Herschel that. Im just thankful I have an offensive line as good as they are."
Sims says they continue to improve as a group.
"Each week I challenge the guys to get better," said Sims. "There are little things we need to work on." Sims says his team is well-prepared to play Katy, and he knows what has to happen to bring home the championship.
"We have to be patient," said Sims. "Were not going to break it every single play. If its four or five yards a carry, thats okay. We have to protect the ball, thats the most important thing. Im sure the defense will get a couple of stops, and well be successful at the end of the night."
