The TSCO passed information to the Texas Rangers about Pardue's relatives who live in Robert Lee, and the Texas Rangers then shared the tip with the CCSO, Sgt. John Cummins said.

Pardue will be brought back to Taylor County on an arrest warrant charging him with escape.

A worker at the Precinct 3 Barn where the truck was taken told us the vehicle was recovered near Abilene Regional Medical Center.

Last week he asked a judge to reduce his $51,750 bond, which was denied.
