Police in Colorado City are hoping to find a missing 13-year-old girl.

Interim police chief John Bivins told us that Hailey Dunn said she was heading to stay with a friend on Monday, but hasn't been seen since.

Police are concerned with the well-fare of the child but say they are treating it as a missing person. They add there is no evidence of kidnapping involved.

Dunn is 5 feet 1 inch, with hazel eyes and brown hair.

Police are urging any one who has seen Dunn to contact the Colorado City Police Department at 325-728-5294.
