Dr. Doug Holloway with Arkansas Cardiology is here to show us some of the foods that are loaded with heart-healthy nutrients.

  • Salmon - Great protein source, omega 3 fatty acids
  • Soy - Complete protein, low in calories 
  • Blueberries - Low calorie, vitamin rich; antioxidant 
  • Walnuts - Monounsaturated fat, protein source 
  • Avocado - Rich in vitamins and fiber, monounsaturated fat
