Abilene Police are asking for the public's help to find the suspect in today's fatal shooting of 22-year-old Kerion Harness.

Detectives believe Alfred Williams fired the fatal shot. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the 21 year old man.

Authorities found Harness unresponsive around 5 p.m. Tuesday in a parking lot in the 5400 block of Laguna. Police say Harness had been shot multiple times in the torso and arm. He was transported to Hendrick Medical Center and ultimately died from his wounds a short time later.

Police say the motive and circumstances surrounding this case are still under investigation.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Williams is encouraged to contact the Abilene Police Department at 325-673-8331 or Crimestoppers at 676-TIPS (676-8477). According to jail records, Williams is 6' 3" and about 150 lbs. He has one arrest on his record in Taylor County from July for evading arrest.

Williams should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
