BREAKING: Police Release Name of Wanted Suspect in Fatal Shooting

Detectives believe Alfred Williams fired the fatal shot. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the 21 year old man.
Authorities found Harness unresponsive around 5 p.m. Tuesday in a parking lot in the 5400 block of Laguna. Police say Harness had been shot multiple times in the torso and arm. He was transported to Hendrick Medical Center and ultimately died from his wounds a short time later.
Police say the motive and circumstances surrounding this case are still under investigation.

According to jail records, Williams is 6' 3" and about 150 lbs. He has one arrest on his record in Taylor County from July for evading arrest.
Williams should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
