Parents reacted on Facebook and the ones with younger children were not happy when they found the sticker.
The parents were angry and said the message was not age appropriate.
Some parents did not mind, and said the council was trying to do a good thing.
The agency was asked by The Abilene Zoo to stop passing out the stickers after receiving one complaint.
Head of the Boo at the Zoo event said they may consider screening what agencies are passing out at future events.
The Abilene Regional Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse knows its an uncomfortable topic, but they hope it encourages you to talk to your children about drugs.
