Family Baffled After Son Found Dead Dangling from Window

Updated: November 9, 2011
A north Abilene family is searching for answers after the mysterious death of a loved one.

A passerby was walking near the intersection of North 13th and Mesquite when he noticed a man hanging out the window of a shed in a back yard.

He thought it was a Halloween prank, but decided to alert the homeowner anyway.

When the homeowner went to the window to check, they found their son was dead and stuck in the window.

Police think the man was trying to climb through the window and got stuck, but they're not sure how he died.

His name has not been released.
