Breezy and warmer conditions across the area for this Friday. Expect highs near 70 with South winds at 15-30mph with higher gusts. We'll see more cloud cover in the area thanks to an increase in Gulf moisture.

Mild and continued breezy tonight. Expect partly cloudy skies with lows in the mid 50's.

Partly cloudy skies will develop across the region for Saturday and Sunday. Expect highs near 80 on Saturday and in the mid 70's on Sunday with overnight lows in the mid to upper 50's.

Rain chances increase Sunday night and into Monday as a weak front approaches the area. Best bet for rain will come with an upper level system as it moves in from the West on Monday and into Monday night.

A stronger cold front sweeps through by Tuesday, bringing temperatures down to the low to mid 60's for midweek with lows near 40.
