Despite having to wait in line for hours, many midnight shoppers said the discounts were well worth it.
"There are some door buster ones that we really like," said Theresa Spencer, who picked up a laptop early Friday morning.
"I think I saved like 240 dollars," added Dillon Parsons, who bought a Blu-ray player and game console.
While lining up for hours outside of a store may sound crazy to some people, for others, the door buster deals cut back on both spending and holiday shopping stress.
"Oh, I'm finished," Spencer said of her holiday shopping.
Others said...not so much.
"Ridiculous. The crowds are ridiculous," said shopper Gregory Boutte.
The Mall of Abilene will be open from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Saturday, and noon until 6:00 p.m. Sunday.
