Man Indicted for Burgling Boy's Room After Attending His Funeral

An Abilene man has been indicted after a bizarre home burglary last year.

Cody Wayne Cash is accused of stealing valuables and keepsakes last summer from the Callahan County home of Toni Harvey. Harvey noticed the burglary when she returned home following her son's funeral.

Her son, 13-year-old Hayden Harvey, was killed after being struck by a car in Potosi.

Toni Harvey says the family knew Cash, and the alleged burglar even attended Hayden's funeral.

A Callahan County grand jury handed down the indictment against Cash this morning.

Where was the mom when the boy was playing in the street? Did anyone mention that she didn't have custody of the son because of her drug problems? Did anyone make mention of how she and the alleged burglar knew eachother? The answer to all the above is [censored] her kids were taken away from her because of her [censored] problem, she knew the alleged burglar from common [censored] friends...not taking away her right to grieve but taking away the poor grieving mother sympathy card being the poor poor mom couldn't even pull herself together to be a mom.....that my friends is the REST of the STORY
