Breezy conditions throughout this Monday. Winds will be going from the Southwest at 15-25mph. Expect a few clouds to work their way into the area from the South. Temperatures will remain above average with highs near 70.

Tonight, mild and continued breezy with overnight lows near 50.

Mid 70's across the area for Tuesday. We'll keep the warm trend throughout the week, with highs in the mid to upper 60's by midweek and overnight lows in the low to mid 40's.

Our next system works in by Friday, bringing slight rain chances and temperatures in the 50's.

Expect a cooler weekend. We'll see highs in the mid to upper 50's and lows in the mid 30's.
