A man charged after a home invasion robbery pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 20 years in prison today.

The trial began today for 37-year-old Sheldon Gautreaux, but didn't last long.

Abilene police say Gautreaux and Gary Ryan assaulted a man inside his south Abilene home back in June of 2010.

Officers say they took the man's truck, TV and credit cards, then pawned the TV in Abilene and used the credit cards in Amarillo.

Police say law enforcement officers in Arizona captured Ryan and Gautreaux in the victim's truck.
