Webcast: Rain Chances Hang Around Before Cool Weekend

Showers and thunderstorms are possible overnight with the heaviest rain to our south. Expect lows in the lower 40s.
Rain lingers into Saturday, but skies will begin to clear late in the afternoon and early evening. We'll see highs near 50 with overnight lows in the lower 30s.
A warming trend begins by Sunday, as highs will reach back into the upper 50s to the lower 60s with lows in the upper 30s to near 40.
Highs in the mid 60s with partly cloudy skies are on tap for President's Day. Slight rain chances enter the mix by Tuesday with highs near 60 and lows in the lower 40s.
Expect a nice warm up by the end of next week with highs approaching 70 by Thursday.
