If your goal is to get in better shape and make it a permanent change one Abilene gym can help light your fire.

Firehouse Fitness Personal Trainer, Andrew Barker, says, "We are officially under way. We are still doing a little bit of renovations. It's a great place to come. We're offering more one on one training. It's more designed for people who want more education, more understanding of fitness and how it works."

"This is somewhere where we are really encouraging people to create accountability for themselves and to have a sense of community.", explains Barker.

If you are wanting to start your fitness regimen head to Firehouse Fitness on S. 7th Street. You can find more on the fitness center at their Facebook page and their website, www.firehousefit.com.
