County and both Mitchell County and Colorado City officials are searching for the two who have been gone for more than two days now.
"We do not know right now at this time if she left on her own free will or not," said Mitchell Co. Sheriff Patrick Toombs.
Hill and her daughter Khloe Wheeler were last seen at the home of Rosendo Gonzalez Jr- Hill's boyfriend for more than six months.
Gonzalez is now also missing.
Neighbors around the area say police have been patrolling the area for some time now.
"They were just driving, they've been by here quite a few times today," said neighbor Patricia Harris.
Many say they've seen the couple often arguing outside- and are mainly concerned for their safety.
"I can't imagine if anything to her so I'm hoping that her and her mother just left on their own and that they're okay," said Harris.
Officials say Gonzalez Jr. has previous arrests going back to 2009.
They also say hill has made calls about verbal violence.
"I believe that can be concerning anytime that you've got a relationship that wind up having to have the police call them before," said Toombs.
Right now they just want to find Gonzalez, Jr. to see if he has any information about Hills' whereabouts.
Josie Gonzalez, Rosendo's mother says shes now also filed a missing persons report for her son.
For now police are continuing to ask questions and urging anyone with information to contact them.
"Other than going and talking to friends and trying to finding out what place she could be we've been searching places here in town looking for her vehicle," said Toombs.
