breaking news
We are still dealing with an upper level low giving us continued storms. Scattered storms will quiet later this morning but pop back up later today. At times, the rainfall could be heavy and cause local flooding hazards. The upper level low will shift eastward on Thursday bringing the heaviest rain to the NE of the BC over the Texas Oklahoma border. But we will still see showers and storms here especially for the eastern counties that have missed out so far on the week's rain. Then the low moves entirely out of the region by Friday and rain starts to wrap up for a dry Weekend.
