Peanuts, tree nuts and eggs.
Mia may only be four years old, but even at that young age she knows exactly what not to eat.
Her mother, Kristy Torres, says Mia's food allergies are so severe that she can develop hives just by being in the same room as someone eating something she is allergic to.
Mia has one more year until she enters school, so her parents wanted to make sure it was safe enough for her and other children to attend.
Torres is looking foward to new legislation that wil rerequire all Texas public and charter schools to adopt a food allergy policy by August.
As the legislation coninues to be implemented, Mia's family is continuing their mission, to help children with food allergies be better understood.
