With the cooperation of ACUPD, Abilene police arrested 18-year-old Devin Tate, 22-year-old Joshua Jimenez and 17-year-old Anthony Rocha after surveillance video from the ACU parking lot helped identify the suspects' vehicle, a maroon four-door compact car.

The vehicle was pulled over a short time later, and the suspects were taken to the law enforcement center where they were interviewed by investigators from ACUPD and the Abilene Police Department.
