The Abilene Zoo
is back with their latest friend but this one is not going to be
everyone's favorite. Education Curator, Joy Harsh joined us with a baby
Corn Snake.
"He is called a corn snake because of the pattern that they have. It looks like the Indian maze. They are also found a lot of times in corn fields.", explains Harsh.
She adds, "If you see a snake in the wild the best think to do is just look at it stay away from it. Even though they are not venomous, if they do feel scared they will bite."
