Our first story we will tackle involved the fact that the novice I.S.D. Is going to close all schools due to budget cuts and lower enrollment.  Novice plans to meet with Coleman I.S.D. And Jim Ned C.I.S.D. To consider merging with one of those districts.

Regina had this to say about the plans: "small schools are a blessing to a lot of kids that would fall "through the cracks" otherwise. Hate to see novice close :("

Cynthia : "once a hornet, always a hornet! I'm going to truly miss novice isd."

Jesse: "hate to see the end of the road for novice isd, but this is a Coleman county school and the funding and students need to stay in Coleman county."

Now to a story that's been getting some nationwide attention. We learned that tests in a cannibalism case found that the attacker used pot instead 'bath salts' as previously thought.

Yvone has this to say: "i don't know. He probably had bath salts mixed with the pot, now that's believable ... Just saying...."

Heather added: "i think they should all stop "thinking" because their guesses are irrational"

Jade  stated: "sorry but pot is not the cause; do some research on cannabis, they use it for many reasons in the medical field... There's no way it made someone eat another's face!"

Finally, we close with the story about how organizations are hoping firework sales will provide financial relief from last year.

Troy had this to say: "as long as the city of Abilene is involved, no one can profit!!!!!!!"

Debbie finishes for us with the following: Just be careful!!! Grass fires are going to happen!!!! Be safe! Volunteer firefighters are as it says volunteers. And ours are the best!"  well said Debbie!

Alright well that does it for this edition of feedback Friday.
