Fun prints, bright colors, and a return to the 70's, these are just a
few of the many stylish trends taking over department stores this
summer. We spoke to one of Dillard's biggest fashion gurus to get the
details behind some of Summer's current trends.
Manager, Debra Longino says, "Lace is huge this season."
Among some of the other noticeable trends are a resurgence of animal print and a flashback to the 60's and 70's."
"Geometric prints are also something that is wonderful," says Longino, "coming up not just for Summer but also for Fall."
It's no secret color is also huge for summer.
She adds, "the top color pick for the season is in the orange family. So you have anything from an apricot to a coral."
