2012 Players To Watch: Mason Reed

Cisco's Mason Reed first caught our attention during the Mildred game that send Cisco to the State Finals, but as we began to look at the film, it seems the Mason Reed we took notice to had been there all along.

Now only a junior, he comes into the 2012 season with a stellar sophomore resume. Offensively last season he rushed for 1,500 yards and 26 touchdowns, averaging 10 yards per carry

Defensively he is the leading returning tackler for the Loboes with 128 tackles. He was named to the all state team as a utility player, and he stands beside his teammate Colten Gayle as the Defensive MVP for 4-2A Division 2.

Hands down Reed is one of the best juniors on our list this year. His stats say one thing, but you can take our word for it. He's just as impressive and fun to watch in person.
