The eight-liner machines inside Lot o games belong to James Lynn Jones, who was charged with possession of a gambling device in 2007 during other game room raids in Abilene.
Jones and others involved were put on probation after striking a plea deal, although their money and machines were seized.
For some in the community, it's surprising to find out places like Lot o games even exist.
"I just haven't understood how they were getting away with it because I thought gambling was truly illegal in the state of Texas," says Abilene resident Charles Parks.
Jones has not been charged with any crimes related to the Lot o games raid yet, but APD confirmed officers with special operations and ICE agents were at his home on Sunday.
He says he has no comment on the case.
