Texas Gas Prices Down

This compares with the national average that has increased 1.3 cents per gallon in the last week to $3.81/g, according to gasoline price website TexasGasPrices.com.
Including the change in gas prices in Texas during the past week, prices yesterday were 16.9 cents per gallon higher than the same day one year ago, and are 15.9 cents per gallon higher than a month ago.
The national average has increased 14.6 cents per gallon during the last month and stands 14.9 cents per gallon higher than this day one year ago.
Prices are still being blamed on Isaac, with the oil industry still bringing capacity back online at refineries and oil rigs, but are expected to go back down over the next few months.
