All the focus is on Friday night, as the Cisco Loboes get ready for their district matchup against Colorado City. The positive- It's a similar situation the Loboes found themselves in just a year ago.

"It's stressful," Says Colten Gayle, "But we get the opportunity to play for another District Championship, and of course we want to win out to have that bye week at the end of the season."

"This game is huge. It determines a first round bye in Playoffs, which we could really use right now.  It's going to be a good game. It's going to be a big challenge for us." says Vernon Owings.

"It's the same routine, this is no bigger game than any others that we've played in District. It's a District opponent, they just happen to be real good. A very similar atmosphere of last year's Crawford. You know, two good football teams playing here for a District Title, and again, another very well coached football team at Crawford thats got lots of history. No different from Colorado City." adds Head Coach Brent West.

"Last year was a tough week for us. Coach West really, really pushed us and we are seeing that a lot this week too." continues Gayle.

"It's going to take good execution on both sides of the ball, especially Special Teams. We are going to have to get our jobs done, get our blocks." adds Owings.

Another thing is Cisco's favor is that this game Friday night will be played here at Chesley Field in front of a home crowd. The Loboes have not lost a home game in over 2 years.
