This time the Lady Bulldogs hope to bring a title home with home to Wylie High School, and to say they're ready to get to Garland would be an understatement.
"We look at it as an opportunity. There are four teams in the state of Texas in 3A that get to practice volleyball this week. We're lucky enough to be one of them. It's definitely been a goal of ours. So, to be able to see our hard work pay off, and keep achieving our goals is something that's special. It teaches us a lot; that when you work hard it does pay off," said head coach Maggie Hunt.
"I think it helps out a lot that we have experience. It takes away a lot of the nerves. There are some still nerves involved, but we're just really excited and we can't wait to get there," said Tucker Smith.
"Our target keeps getting bigger everytime we step on the court and make it a step farther. If we focus on what we do on our side of the court then we can do it," said Kylie Jenkins.
The Lady Bulldogs will take on Argyle Friday at 1 pm in Garland.
