Updated: February 18, 2013
New construction projects in the Key City will include a nursing facility.

The building will be on North Treadaway boulevard and feature 120 rooms.

Cascade Health Services is overseeing the project and says they hope to break ground on the $5.9 million project in April.

The building will be 55,000 square feet and will feature a large rehab space for short and long-term patient care.

They hope for a grand opening at the beginning of 2014.
